Key cards:

You are kindly requested to keep your key card on you during your stay and return it to the front desk at check-out. Always make sure that your door is locked when leaving the room.

Kitchenware:

On request we provide a kitchen box free of charge (plates, cutlery, glasses and more).

Laundry service:

We are happy to offer you our laundry and cleaning service. Please fill out the laundry form and place it together with the laundry in the laundry bag. Kindly drop it off at the reception the evening before (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You can find the prices on the laundry list in your wardrobe. In the basement, you will find washing machines and dryers, available for your use 24 hours a day. Please note that you must bring your own detergent.
