You are kindly requested to keep your key card on you during your stay and return it to the front desk at check-out.

Late check-out:

It is possible (upon availability) to extend your check-out until 06:00 p.m. Please inform the front desk. Fees might be charged. We also offer a laundry- and ironing service. Please complete the laundry list and put it together with your laundry in the laundry bag. Laundry handed in at the front desk before 9:00 a.m. will be returned the same day. The prices can be found on the dry cleaning list in your cupboard. Saturday service only on advance order until Friday 02:00 p.m. No service on Sundays and public holidays. We will keep the lost property for 6 months after your departure. Please contact the front desk. 6

Mail:

Your mail can be handed in at the front desk. Incoming mail is collected at the front desk. On request we also deliver your mail to your room. The minibar can be used for cooling your own food and beverages. Our Grab'n'Go station on the ground floor offers a small selection of snacks and beverages.
