Mail:
Your mail can be handed in at the front desk. Incoming mail is collected at the front desk. On request we also deliver your mail to your room. If you want us to send your mail you can leave it at the front office. It may take up to 3 days until pick up. A mailbox is located at Odinstraße. Five bright and modern function rooms in our hotel offer space for events with up to 280 guest. For further information please contact the front desk or our convention sales department. In the lobby, there is a self-service mini-market with a variety of drinks, salty and sweet snacks, hygiene products, stain removers, and electronic items. You can pay for all products electronically. Feel free to stop by!

Parking:
The parking fee in our garage is € 15,00 per day and € 75,00 per week. A parking space for busses costs € 50,00 per night and € 250,00 for a week. American Express, Diners, Mastercard, Visa, EC-Card, Maestro and cash. We do not offer currency exchange. It is a pleasure to welcome your pet, too. Please advise the front desk and notice that an extra charge of € 10,00 per night and pet will be charged. Kindly understand that pets are not allowed in our restaurants.
