Die Ursprünge des heutigen Hofes reichen weit zurück in die Zeit, als das Kloster Tegernsee noch Bestand hatte. The starting point for this worthwhile excursion is the Tegernsee Train Station. With glorious panorama view from the sun terrace, you can enjoy a view clear across the beautiful Tegernsee Valley and the surrounding mountains all year long. The origins of this restaurant go way back to the era of the Tegernsee Abbey. Bearing in mind the fact that the wellbeing of body and spirit go together, the owners Cristina and Hans Hailer consciously keep the memories of the distant past alive and continue to uphold the tradition of the house.
