TREATMENT VOUCHERS Looking for the perfect gift? Give that special someone the gift of choice with a treat ment voucher. Whether they‘re celebrating an anniversary, birthday, wedding, or any other special occasion, they‘ll be able to use it to make all their wishes come true. Just make sure to purchase the voucher at least 14 days prior to arrival to allow for scheduling. And be sure to include the intended recipient‘s name as well as the date you wish in the “order notes” section at the reception.

INFORMATIONS

RESERVATION We highly recommend booking your treatments in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service are available. Appointments on short notice are also possible. Please contact the reception to schedule your appointments. LATE ARRIVAL/DELAY Arriving later for your treatment will limit the time of your spa service, thus, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest‘s scheduled appointment. CANCELLATION As a courtesy to other guests, any cancellations should be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged a 50 % late cancellation fee.

SPA SERVICE OF OPERATION Every day: 7am to 22pm (on request also outside working hours)

PAYMENT The payment must be made directly to the provider and on site.
