Dear guests, the current situation presents us all with new challenges. We are aware of our responsibility and have taken extensive measures to enable the safe stay which you expect from our hotels - for the safety of our guests and our employees. Our dynamic hygiene concept covers all areas of the hotel and is based on the recommendations of the authorities. We are all working hard to ensure that in the future we find our way back to normal hotel operations with the service you are used to. Below you will find an overview of the services that we are currently only able to offer to a limited extent. BREAKFAST

We are pleased to offer you breakfast in buffet form. Please note the current necessary „rules of the game“: • Please wear a mouth-nose-mask when you are not at the table. • Please respect the marks on the floor and keep distance. If you prefer to take your breakfast in your room, you can choose from the roomservice breakfast menu here on the info board. We are pleased to welcome you in our restaurant as well as in our bar | lounge. Restaurant: 5:00 - 11:00 p.m. Bar | Lounge: 9:30 - 1:00 a.m. (kitchen until midnight) If you prefer to eat in your room, please find the current room service menu here in the Infoboard. Due to the current situation, our Minibars are currently not stocked. We are happy to offer various Minibar Packages for pickup at the reception or to order from room service. Due to hygiene reasons, the laundry list and the laundry bag are currently not in the room. You can obtain both at the reception. Please note that the partners for leisure activities or shops recommended in the brochure „A-Z“ may currently be subject to restrictions. Please contact the reception for up-to-date information. The fitness area and the sauna is open for you.
